Why aerospace engineers trust it

The platform drafts.
The engineer signs.

Grounded

Every line Xcert writes comes from your sources. One click opens the source it came from.

Hallucination antidote

When there is no source, Xcert does not invent one. The line is flagged on screen and stopped before it reaches your output.

Human + machine

Engineers and AI work together, and the team stays in charge. Nothing leaves Xcert until an engineer accepts, changes or rejects it.

Integrations

Your qualified stack stays qualified.

Xcert works on top of the tools your team already uses. Nothing is replaced, no tool change is needed, and tool qualification is not reopened.

What you can do with Xcert AI.

From requirements to verification, with every artefact traced to its source. Open a topic to see what it covers.

Trustworthy, model-agnostic AI
  • Any language model: choose the model that fits your needs. Xcert stays LLM-agnostic.
  • Reasoning you can see: reasoning details are shown in the conversation, and answers are grounded in your project's knowledge graph.
  • Multi-channel notifications: by email and on Discord.
  • In-app notifications: alerts for @mentions, comments and completed tasks.
  • One-click feedback: a thumbs up or down on a conversation reaches the Xcert team, without sharing any context, details or IP.
  • Jira and Siemens Polarion: now supported.
  • Role definitions: author, reviewer, approver and custom roles.
  • Fine-grained authorisation: manage roles and groups, and decide who can do what.
  • Write artefacts in the canvas: author and read your artefacts in a dedicated workspace.
  • AI in edit and view modes: get suggestions for general questions, replace guided text with contextual text, and reuse existing project entities such as requirements.
  • Comments: comments, @mentions and suggested changes on artefacts and requirements.
  • Your own templates: create templates with guided text, or start from templates extracted from standards.
  • Requirements: improved generation, with a post-approval card and auto-save so the engineer stays in the loop, Markdown in requirement text, and a clickable preview of the parent requirement.
  • Procedures (new in 1.2): procedure capabilities, added in this release.
  • Standards catalogue (ECSS, EASA): your standards are pre-processed so each clause becomes a certification source that behaves like an atomic requirement.
  • Compliance matrix and checklist: manage your certification sources and generate your first checklist, split by applicability and compliance level, with justifications where needed.
  • Sweep: audit your data systematically and see the results as heat maps, with corrective actions, high-level and summary metrics.
  • Milestones: reference requirements, timeline view, internal checkpoints, filters, overdue warnings counted in days, and export to an artefact.
  • Deliverables and readiness: manage your deliverables and run readiness assessments, with automatic checks and high-level metrics.

EASA
AI Olympics 2026, Top 10 cases summary

“Xcert AI is helping us reviewing all documents during the ZA200 development phase, and getting ready for the design freeze and the testing phase, by reviewing readiness and surfaced points that had been missed during manual editing. This demonstrates the real potential of trustworthy AI in aerospace: identifying gaps earlier, ensuring traceability and allowing engineering teams to focus expert attention where it matters most.”

Get Clarity, Fast

Everything you need, answered.

Get clear answers to common questions and discover how our Xcert platform can work for you.
What is Xcert AI?
Xcert AI is a trusted AI platform for aerospace certification readiness. It generates requirements, tests and verification artefacts, traces every line to its source, and leaves every decision to an engineer.
How does Xcert AI handle hallucinations?
Language models can invent content, so Xcert AI checks every line it writes against your sources. A line with no source is flagged on screen and stopped before it reaches your output.
Who approves what Xcert AI produces?
An engineer. Nothing leaves Xcert AI until an engineer accepts, changes or rejects it.
Which tools does Xcert AI work with?
Xcert AI works on top of the tools your team already uses, with no tool change needed. Live integrations: Siemens Polarion and Jira. IBM DOORS and Jama are coming soon.
Does Xcert AI train models on our data?
No. Xcert AI does not train or fine-tune any model on customer data. That keeps your data protected and makes Xcert AI fast to deploy.
Which language models can Xcert AI use?
Any conversational language model: mainstream models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral AI or Microsoft, or local models such as Llama and Mistral running on your own infrastructure.
Where is Xcert AI hosted?
Every Xcert AI installation is dedicated to a single customer. It runs in a secured cloud with any provider, or on premises, with GPUs if you use local models.
How long does it take a new user to get started?
Minutes. The main interface works like a chat, and the advanced functions are easy to learn by using them. Xcert AI also runs demos to share best practices.
What setup does Xcert AI need?
Xcert AI reviews with you the documents to ingest (up to 250,000 pages by default) and the model configuration, then hands over administration so your team runs it on its own.
